How long does it take to process the order for delivery?

What shipping methods are available?
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Home.
How long will each available shipping method take?
All orders ship via ground. Transit times will vary depending on location.
Will tracking information be included?
Tracking information will be sent by email once the order has shipped. For any questions regarding your shipment, please contact us at help@tryaeroski.com or call (866) 395-1045.
What if I don’t like it? Can I return the product?
If you are not completely satisfied, call (866) 395-1045 within 30 days from the delivery of Aeroski to obtain a return authorization code. Upon the product return, you´ll be reimbursed the full purchase amount less shipping.
In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
Shipping charges for the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Do you have a return label?
Sorry, unfortunately, we don’t provide return labels for returns. You would be required to ship it independently.
How much does it cost to return it after the trial period if not satisfied?
The cost depends on the company with which you decide to return the product. We do, however, recommend using UPS.
