If you’re not satisfied with your Aeroski ski exercise machine or if one of our products fails to meet your performance expectations within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, Inova recognizes that you are entitled to a refund or an exchange.
For those who have tried the Aeroski ski machine and have enjoyed using the product, users are entitled to a 1-year spare parts guarantee, which ensures the replacement of any failed, broken or lost parts of their Aeroski equipment. This guarantee only applies to the original owners of Aeroski ski machines and voids if the machine is sold, traded or given to another user.

What kind of plan does the extended warranty cover?

Our standard plan covers the parts necessary for repairs of your home equipment, or a full replacement if we are unable to repair. It does not cover commercial use

When does my coverage start?

Your warranty contract and coverage begin after your 1-year manufacturer’s warranty ends

When can I purchase the extended warranty?

You can buy the Aeroski extended warranty at the moment of your online purchase, or within 30 days after the purchase date by contacting customer service.

What is not covered in this plan?

Our plan does not cover physical, cosmetic, liquid, or impact damage, equipment that was sold with preexisting conditions, refurbished, open box, lost or stolen equipment. This plan does not cover replacement batteries.  

Zero Deductible

The Aeroski extended warranty plan has no deductible. This means that costs associated with parts to repair your defective product are covered.

Will my coverage continue after my exercise equipment is repaired?

Your coverage will typically continue until your contract expires. Your coverage will end, however, if your exercise equipment is replaced or the total cost of the repairs meets the maximum liability (the original price you paid for your equipment).
