"Easy to assemble, works exactly as advertised, and it's fun! I get on it for just a few minutes at a time (started with 1-3 min, now up to 3-6 min) and I feel a difference... I'm using it as a cardio/metabolism boost to the regular workouts I do. Sometimes I use it at lunchtime just to clear my head. It's awesome!”

I was skeptical of all the great reviews
"At first for me it was kind of difficult… not for clumsy people :-). Had to hang on the rail for a dear life ;-) But after the 5th workout... I don’t need to use my hands. I strengthened my thighs and lateral abdominal muscles amazingly fast! Everything was also hurting me at first, knees, lower back and hips, but turned out it was just weak muscles. Now it’s perfect. I'm kind of lazy to do other workouts, but this one is a lot of fun and I look forward to the next one. I was skeptical to buy since it's kind of new, but now I’m super happy and it's a great price and easy device that builds muscles really fast. It's light enough to carry around the house."
