This is a fun workout I actually take time to do. Just love this thing!
I am really enjoying the Aeroski! I use it everyday and I am building up my conditioning and endurance.
I was the best quarantine purchase so far!!
Love it, perfect for low impact.
What a great machine to have at home! Due to Covid-19, we had to cancel our Spring Break trip to Whistler. An ad popped up in Facebook for the Aeroski and I bought it immediately. Shipping was quick. Assembly was straight forward. I turn on Netflix and start skiing away! One hour goes by so quickly on this machine. It’s amazing what it’s doing to my glutes, quads, and hamstrings. I get off the machine feeling so accomplished. You get the ultimate workout once you are able to no longer use the handle bar or poles. Give it a try! You’ll be ready for next ski season!
I really like that I am working different muscles than I do with elliptical/walking/jogging. The VR is fun (I hope they add more options 😉). I am using it to get quick exercise in between my meetings.
I have never found any piece of equipment that is as fun as the aeroski. I don't even feel like I'm working out & with no impact I can really work for long periods of time. Thank you, thank you thank you
The Areoski was easy to put together and is enjoyable to use. I am very happy with my purchase! Totally recommend this product!
Very easy to assemble and fun to use
As an avid skier, I was wary the Aeroski would not live up to my expectations, to have an indoor, fun machine to use on rainy days. My husband set it up rather quickly, and I have been on it everyday, even if for only 10 mins. It's fun, love the movements that is anything but boring, and really begin to feel it even after a few minutes. It's sturdy and portable, doesn't take up much room either. My husband uses it as well. Lastly, the price was right!
I saw the ads on Facebook and ordered thinking it would be kind of gimmicky but I really do love it. I like to do in the evening while watching tv and I love the motion and the way it gets to muscles my usual workouts don’t get. Really fun too!
This is the best workout machine I ever bought. It’s fun, effective, reasonably priced and easy to move around.
So far we are really enjoying the aero ski. My 9 year old who loves to ski rides it all the time.
Really like it..
The aero ski arrived in good shape, easy to assemble. I wish the app worked without the VR viewer. I get vertigo and VR does not work for me. I am exercising, I just wish data on your time can be accessed through the app.
Great matching for cardio. Really like the virtual reality game! The regular VR skiing is okay—but is constrained to a certain area. What would be awesome is if they had actual ski slope video from around the world that could be used for the VR skiing.
Pretty good for hockey players condition development, but required additional improvement
We love our Aeroski! I have issues with foot and ankle pain when I walk, because of a previous break, and have to be careful with treadmills etc. I have no pain when using this machine
This machine is fun to use! It was easy to assemble.
Aeroski - Preorder
I love Aeroski. Very easy to assemble. Alot of fun to use once I got the hang of it. I set it up in front of my tv and ski as I watch my shows! It's a great work out! Easy on the knees too!
The effects on your core and thighs at the same time is amazing! I am working up on my time each day on the machine, but even after the first week I am feeling stronger and more ready for ski season.
When I first went on I did not think I’d ever be able to do it with no handles or poles. Within a week I was hands free. I still use to get started and to stop, but I’m getting g really comfortable and strong. The only thing I wish is that there would be some routines and tips videos on the fb page or Youtube.
I’m not a fan of VR goggles ( I don’t like a phone close to my eyes) and haven’t tried them so I ant speak to the routines on there.
My typical east coast runs are 2-3 minutes long, so just 5 minutes per “run” make this an easy yet tough way to keep in shape. I do have a long way to look like the marketing guy on their flyer, but all the more motivation. The only way this doesn’t simulate actual skiing is because you’re not wearing ski boats/skis and you most likely didn’t have a beer or two at lunch (aka 1st apres ski).
